Mastermind Confidential

Perez Zeledon, Costa Rica

"You won the game. So why does it feel like you lost the prize?"

The Paradox of Success

Most Men Climb the Mountain Expecting Peace.

You made the climb. You are standing at the summit now. And the air is thinner than you expected.

You are financially set, but spiritually hungry. You are the king of your industry, but perhaps a ghost in your own home. The strategies that built your wealth are not the strategies that will build your joy.

We strip away the titles and the net worth. We get down to the bedrock of who you are.

The Foundation

Beyond the Balance Sheet.

We work on four dimensions. All simultaneously.

Sovereignty

Reclaim ownership over your time, your health, and your reactions.

Legacy

Move from accumulating success to building deep significance.

Vitality

Optimization of the vessel. Biohacking, endurance, and strength.

Truth

Radical accountability in a room where you cannot hide.

The Foundation

Before the Mastermind,
There is the Work.

For entrepreneurs seeking immediate tactical deployment, we begin with the Quick Wins Protocol. This is the strategic business coaching framework that clears the decks, simplifies operations, and builds the foundation of sovereign time before you enter the collective.

The Convener

I'm Clinton Wasylishen.

Clinton Wasylishen lives in the mountains of Pérez Zeledón, Costa Rica, where he raises his two teenage sons and runs his businesses from a setup most people would consider a retirement plan.

He spent over a decade in corporate IT before building multiple seven-figure fitness businesses. Today he works at the intersection of business strategy and human performance, helping founders simplify their operations and reclaim their time through Quick Wins Coaching.

He is not a theorist. He completed three Ironman triathlons in a single calendar year, raced at the ITU World Championships, and has finished more than 20 marathons. He races backyard ultramarathons. In 2024, he climbed Kilimanjaro from base camp to the summit and back to the bottom in a single day.

He holds an HLC 1 certification from the Chek Institute, has been a guest trainer on the TV series X-Weighted, and through his businesses and gyms over the years, his work has touched the lives of more than 30,000 people.

He biohacks obsessively, fasts strategically, and eats like his performance depends on it. Because it does.

His sons come first. Everything else gets built around that.
